Your about page should highlight how your skills will solve a problem, so as you talk about yourself show how you can solve a real business pain point. A potential client must be able to scan the website and know right away that you can solve their problem.

FYI, slight problem with some of the links on the final document - the 'mcmillen' website apparently no longer exists and another site showed up as 'unsafe' when I tried to follow the hyperllink.99
